1. Who we are
AON Esports ("AON", "we", "us") operates allornothinghub.com — a platform for finding teammates, booking coaching sessions, and competing in community tournaments for games including Rematch and Deadlock. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You sign in with your Discord account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your country). You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, harass other users, cheat in competitions, or abuse the platform.
3. Listings and conduct
Content you post (listings, team names, messages) must be accurate and appropriate. No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, spam, or advertising unrelated services. We may remove content at our discretion. You keep ownership of what you post but grant us a license to display it on the platform.
4. Tournaments
Tournament hosts set their own rules, schedules, and entry fees. Match results are reported by players and confirmed by opponents; hosts and their appointed staff may correct results, disqualify no-shows, and remove players. Their decisions on competitive matters are final. Entering a tournament means accepting its posted rules and the host's authority to run it.
5. Payments
Payments for tournament entry fees, coaching sessions, and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and can be managed from the Subscribe page.
6. Coaching sessions
Coaches on AON are independent members of the community, not our employees. We facilitate scheduling and payment but are not a party to the coaching relationship and do not guarantee outcomes. Coaches may reschedule sessions; if a session can't be delivered, see the Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any player, team, or coach will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or our Discord. Continuing to use AON after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
