Refund Policy

Tournament entry fees
Entry fees are refunded in full if: the tournament is cancelled by the host or AON; your team is removed by the host before the bracket is locked; or a payment goes through for a slot that turned out to be unavailable (this one is refunded automatically). Once the bracket is locked and the tournament starts, entry fees are non-refundable — including if your team no-shows, is disqualified, or is eliminated.
Coaching sessions
You'll receive a full refund if: the coach cancels and doesn't offer a reschedule you can make; the coach doesn't show up; or you paid for a time slot that was double-booked (this is refunded automatically). Coaches may reschedule a session to another available time — if none of the offered times work for you, contact us for a refund. Refunds aren't available if you miss a session without notice.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the Subscribe page and remain active until the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate partial months, but if you were charged in error or double-charged, we'll refund it.
How to request a refund
Email contact@aonesports.gg or open a ticket in the AON Discord within 14 days of the charge. Include your Discord username and what the payment was for. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
If something went wrong, please contact us before opening a card dispute — we resolve almost everything faster directly. Chargebacks on valid charges may result in account suspension.
