Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord ID, username, and avatar. When you use the platform we store the content you create: listings, team memberships, tournament registrations, match results, coaching bookings, and messages sent in match chats or the contact form. If you link game stats, we store the stats you submit.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers. We store only what's needed to run the service: whether a fee was paid, the amount, and a Stripe reference ID. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to data you give them at checkout.
3. How we use it
To run the platform: displaying your listings and rosters, running brackets, notifying your Discord server when matches are ready, showing your tournament history, and processing bookings. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. What's visible to others
AON is a community platform, so much of your activity is public by design: your Discord username on listings, your team name in brackets and standings, your tournament placements, and your coaching availability. Match chat is visible to both teams and tournament staff, and is deleted after the match result is final.
5. Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (our database provider) and Stripe (payments). Both maintain industry-standard security practices. We use no advertising trackers.
6. Your choices
You can delete your listings at any time, leave teams and tournaments while registration is open, and cancel subscriptions from the Subscribe page. To request deletion of your account data, contact us at contact@aonesports.gg and we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep (e.g. payment records).
7. Contact
Privacy questions: contact@aonesports.gg or the contact page.
